These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Veyno.io platform operated by Veyno Ltd., a legally registered company under the laws of Belize.

By accessing or using Veyno.io, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.
○ Be at least 18 years old.
○ Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
○ Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of such a platform is prohibited by law.
○ By registering, you accept these Terms in full and are bound by our Privacy Policy and any future amendments we may make.
Veyno.io offers an AI-powered liquidity allocation model through automated "AI Agents". Each agent represents a fixed-term allocation of user-provided liquidity, generating automated daily profits. These agents are not investment vehicles but smart allocation tools used internally by Veyno Ltd.’s AI systems.
Users can deploy an agent by selecting one of the available options in the table below, each with its own:
○ Liquidity allocation amount
○ Profit duration (e.g., 6, 9, or 12 months)
○ Associated daily reward percentage
Once deployed, an agent operates for the specified duration, after which liquidity becomes eligible for withdrawal unless the user chooses to exit early (see Withdrawal section).

○ Users can top up their account with any amount starting from $1.
○ There is no maximum limit for top-ups or withdrawals.
○ Supported cryptocurrencies include (but are not limited to): BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, MATIC), SOL, XRP, LTC, TRX, DOGE, BNB, BCH, DASH, XLM, and MATIC.
○ Top-up addresses are dynamically generated for each deposit and expire after 15 minutes.
○ Each new deposit should be made using a newly generated address.
○ Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation. Veyno.io is not responsible for delays due to network congestion or wallet misconfiguration.
○ After funding their balance, users can deploy an AI Agent by selecting one from the available options.
○ Each deployment allocates liquidity to a specific agent.
○ Daily rewards are credited automatically for the duration of the deployment.
○ Once deployed, liquidity is locked for the agent’s duration. An optional Early Exit may be available in some plans with specific terms.
○ Agent deployment cannot be canceled once initiated, except via the Early Exit feature.
○ Profits and referral commissions can be withdrawn at any time and are typically processed within 24 hours.
○ Principal withdrawals (liquidity allocations) after Early Exit may take up to 72 hours to process.
○ Withdrawals must be made in the same currency used for the deposit.
○ No withdrawal fees are charged by Veyno.io. However, blockchain fees apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
○ Splitting a single withdrawal into multiple small requests may slow down processing. Veyno.io reserves the right to consolidate or delay repetitive micro-withdrawals.
○ If a user cancels a pending withdrawal and then creates a new one, the 24h (or 72h) time frame is reset from the moment of the new request.
Suspicious activity or behavior may result in delays while security checks are performed.
○ Each user receives a unique referral link.
○ The referral system offers multi-level commissions on each new agent deployed by referred users.
○ There is no limit to the number of referrals or earnings.
○ Commissions are available even without any active deposit or agent.
○ Referral manipulations (such as creating multiple accounts or manually requesting referral links to be applied retroactively) are prohibited.
○ If a referred user forgets to use your link, referral addition can only be approved if the referred user emails support directly, has no existing upline, and agrees that future commissions only (not past) will be applied.
○ Users are fully responsible for securing their account credentials.
○ Use a strong, unique password and never share your login information.
○ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is highly recommended for all users and mandatory for anyone promoting their referral link or managing larger balances.
○ Veyno.io is not responsible for losses due to poor security practices, weak passwords, or lack of 2FA.
○ In cases of suspected unauthorized access, account access may be temporarily restricted.
○ Any attempt to manipulate the system, including referral fraud, excessive withdrawal splitting, impersonating support, or spreading misleading information, will result in account suspension.
○ Users who attempt to contact other members for external promotions, especially of other crypto platforms, may have their accounts permanently frozen.
○ Veyno.io reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user without providing justification, especially if the user's actions threaten the integrity of the platform.
○ While Veyno.io offers automated rewards based on AI-powered liquidity strategies, no specific outcome or return is guaranteed. All users acknowledge the inherent risk involved with cryptocurrencies, volatility, and market changes.
○ Veyno.io is not an investment platform and should not be used as such. Users agree to use the platform as intended — to engage with the AI Agent system responsibly.
Veyno Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any revised Terms.
